General Bonus Terms

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• If the wagering conditions are not met within the specified period from the date the bonus was claimed, the bonus will be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11 Bets platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the account balance.

Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time. Any pending balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
